Services may include home staging consultations, full home staging, simple sprucing, vignette staging, and staging using homeowner furniture. All services are aesthetic and strategic in nature and do not include construction, remodeling, repairs, interior design beyond staging scope, or real estate brokerage services unless specifically stated in writing.

All recommendations and staging decisions are made based on professional judgment, market experience, and the condition of the property at the time services are provided. While staging is designed to improve appeal and buyer perception, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sale price, number of offers, or days on market, as these depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions and buyer behavior.

Scheduling and Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring timely and uninterrupted access to the property at the scheduled service time. Properties should be reasonably clean, safe, and accessible, with utilities operational if needed for staging evaluation or installation. Pets must be secured, and any hazards should be addressed prior to the appointment to allow services to be completed efficiently and safely.

If access is delayed or restricted due to client-related issues, services may need to be rescheduled, which could result in additional fees. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if property conditions present safety risks or prevent proper staging execution. Any requested schedule changes should be communicated as early as possible to avoid disruption.

Payments and Fees

All service fees are communicated in advance and are based on factors such as property size, service type, scope of work, and staging duration. Payment terms, including deposits or full payment requirements, will be outlined at the time of booking. Payment is due under the agreed terms and must be made before services are rendered, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes after booking, staging time is extended, or additional visits are required due to client request or unforeseen circumstances. Once services have been performed, fees are non-refundable. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in service cancellation or removal of staging items.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the property, including occupancy status, condition, and access details. All personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items should be secured prior to staging services. From Start to Finish Home Staging & Design is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items that are left unsecured during service.

For occupied homes, clients are responsible for maintaining the property’s staged condition throughout the listing period. While normal wear and tear is expected, damage caused by misuse, pets, unauthorized adjustments, or third-party actions may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

Use and Care of Staging Items

All staging furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories remain the sole property of From Start to Finish Home Staging & Design unless otherwise agreed in writing. These items are provided strictly for visual presentation purposes and may not be moved, removed, loaned, altered, or used without prior written consent.

Staging items are not intended for daily use, sitting, sleeping, storage, or interaction unless explicitly approved. Clients are responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of staging items while they are on the property. Unauthorized use or alteration may result in additional fees or immediate removal of items.

Liability and Limitation of Responsibility

While we take care to perform services professionally and responsibly, From Start to Finish Home Staging & Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, market fluctuations, buyer behavior, listing delays, and outcomes related to property sale performance.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless From Start to Finish Home Staging & Design from claims resulting from property conditions, client-provided information, third-party actions, or misuse of staging items. Any liability, if determined, is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.
